Had a distressed property in Darby that was ruined by squatters! Terrible situation, and I had all of the "Cash Offer" deal people calling me constantly offering way below market. I took an agreement that eventually fell thru and after listing with Michael, I ended up selling for about 20K more than the deal that fell thru! Michael is competent, returns calls and emails, and is very professional. I would definitely recommend Michael if you need a realtor.

We cannot begin to explain how thrilled we are with having Ethan as our realtor. From the beginning of our process, Ethan has been there. He explained every part of the selling/buying process step by step, promptly and with a smile. Not only did he sell our previous house quickly, but he also assisted us in finding our new home. While house hunting, he accompanied us to different neighborhoods, provided insight on the housing market, and never rushed or forced a decision. The first home I loved we weren’t able to get but he helped us get one around the corner, that was move in ready and in an excellent school district . I highly recommend Ethan! He found us the perfect house in less than 6 months and helped tremendously in getting our offer accepted (especially in this crazy market!!).
